IT Business Analyst - Trading Processes (4897)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an

IT BUSINESS ANALYST - TRADING PROCESSES (4897)

The ideal candidate will be working within the team who is responsible for delivery of regulatory projects in the trading domain.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN BANKING/FINANCIAL INDUSTRY AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN TRADING & EXECUTION, ADVISORY & SALES PROCESSES
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF DATA WAREHOUSE, REPORTING AS WELL AS LISTED & OTC PRODUCTS
- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN IT REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING WITH GOOD SKILLS IN ELICITATION, SPECIFICATION, MODELLING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Well versed in creating features, use cases, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, UML
- UNDERSTANDING OF DATA ANALYSIS, WATERFALL AND AGILE (SCRUM) APPROACHES
- Experience in handling different stakeholder groups
- Team spirit and loyal personality
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Specify technical interfaces between systems (inbound, outbound)
- Specify detailed reporting capabilities
- Extensive data (flow) analysis
- Plan and organize timely business sign off for critical requirements documents (eg processes, feature list)
- Ensure E2E consistency of scope (target operating models, processes, features etc.) during analysis and design phase
- Ensure traceability from business concept to features resp. from features to requirements
- Analyze change requests
- Create IT supplier requests and align with IT suppliers
