IT BUSINESS ANALYST (TRADING)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for an IT BUSINESS ANALYST WITH TRADING AREA EXPERIENCE. The role is within Trading & Sales IT which manages the Swiss trading business area where they are responsible for delivery of regulatory projects.

ROLE:
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Specify technical interfaces between systems (inbound, outbound)
- Specify detailed reporting capabilities
- Extensive data (flow) analysis
- Plan and organize timely business sign off for critical requirements documents (eg processes, feature list)
- Ensure E2E consistency of scope (target operating models, processes, features etc.) during Analysis and Design Phase
- Ensure traceability from Business Concept to features resp. from features to requirements
- Analyze change requests
- Create IT supplier requests and align with IT suppliers
SKILLS:
- Over 5 years' experience in Banking/Financial Industry with a focus on:
- processes: tradingadvisory & sales
- products: listed & OTC
- datawarehouse and reporting
- Over 5 years' experience in IT requirements engineering space
- Solid experience with elicitation, specification, modelling and quality assurance
- Good experience with writing use cases, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, UML
- Data Analysis experience
- Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) approaches
- Languages: Fluent in English, German desirable
