Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for a competent IT BUSINESS ANALYST with extensive experience in BUILDING ENTERPRISE-READY APPLICATIONS such as good understanding of IT BUSINESS PROCESSES to join an experienced team within a global initiative.

TASKS

- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Design strategic solutions for business initiatives including the standardization of a reporting solution
- Identify user requirements by working with a number of key individuals from the business and IT, producing high-level business requirements and liaising with development
- Ensure that requirements are understood by all members of the project team and define requirements acceptance criteria
- Understand the overall program and ensure that deliveries align to the program objectives and timescales

IDEAL PROFILE

- Strong Experience in building enterprise-ready applications in a global environment
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a global IT organization
- Previous in-depth experience with establishing central repositories, data modelling, relational database and SQL
- Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- Working knowledge of project/development life cycles (SDLC)
- Experience applying business analysis techniques preferable in infrastructure projects
- Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Team-orientated, while able to complete tasks independently
- Fluent in English and/or German verbally and in writing
