IT Business Analyst - Telecoms

My client a large national based telecoms company is in urgent need of a Business Analyst to develop a deep understanding of our customer's Mobile and Voice Over IP (VOIP) business to become the customer advocate within Group Technology. Develop strong relationships with our customers, ensure their requirements are captured, defined and managed by Group Technology
It's an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst on a 6 month contract, based in Dublin. Daily rate at €450 p/d max.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tech Account Analyst (IMPLEMENTATION AND PRACTICE)
- Ability to work to tight timelines
- Delivers on time
- Developing own experience and knowledge base
- Delivery of complete and accurate requirements that are signed off by stakeholders
- Tech Account Consultant (ADVISE AND LEAD)
- Ability to work to tight timelines
- Delivers on time
- Delivery of complete and accurate requirements that are signed off by stakeholders
- Tackles multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise work based on external factors
- Communicate scope changes to the customer and MANAGE THE CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS
- Provides leadership to business and technical community
- Representing the client at external bodies and meetings (eg Comreg, ETSI, etc)
- Guides and mentors Tech Account Analysts
- Technical policy setting
- Evaluation of tenders
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Hands on capturing, development and implementation of Mobile and Voice Over IP (VOIP) requirements essential.
- Understanding of the business/market application of range of information and communications technologies
- Business Process modelling and Use Case analysis
