IT Business Analyst - Security Monitoring. On behalf of our client, a major bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst.
YOUR TASKS:
- Identifying and documenting the main stakeholders and other sources (eg existing systems, regulations) for requirements
- Translating stakeholder requests into features and requirements
- Establishing adequate requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
- Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
- Contributing information to IT project manager regarding risks and issues
- Working closely together with engineers and technical architects to develop feasible and economical solutions
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Strong Security background
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven record in an Infrastructure/Technical Business Analyst role in a large enterprise environment
- Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery
- Knowledge of Unified Modelling Language
- Ability to manage client expectations and control/deliver the project despite possible changes to requirements and scope
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
