IT Business Analyst - Scanning & Digitalization (3897)

For a longer term project at our banking client IN BERN, we are looking for an experienced GERMAN SPEAKING IT BUSINESS ANALYST - SCANNING & DIGITALIZATION (3897).
The ideal candidate will elicit, analyze, develop, validate, manage and maintain business requirements for Scanning & Digitalization projects. For that, he/she will work closely with business partners and IT teams (eg architects, solution engineers and testers). We are open to Junior applicants.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within scanning-/digitalization solutions in a financial institution
- Alternatively 5 years in other roles within IT
- Basic knowledge of Linux (RedHat) & Windows Server
- Knowledge in Perl & Shell Scripting is a plus
- Knowledge in IT architecture concepts as well as IT processes are a plus
- Teamplayer with a strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboration in the digitalization initiative of the bank
- Responsibility to achieve a clear understanding of business goals/needs and of regulatory requirements
- Chance to define delivery approach, task planning and effort estimates for business analysis work
- Translate business requirements into standardized IT specifications
- Challenge Business requirements during elicitation in terms of priority, risk impact, TCO and regulatory compliance
- Plan and execute releases
- Integrate new scanning solutions to the existing scanning platform
- Find solutions on the basis of customer requirements
- Subproject management for scanning projects
- Close collaboration with internal customers (digitalization center, international scanning locations)
- Support of application- and interface testing
