For our client, one of the most instantly recognisable brands in the banking sector, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Requirement Engineer with banking experience and knowledge of securities for a six month contract in Zurich starting ASAP with a strong potential for extension.
IT BUSINESS ANALYST/REQUIREMENT ENGINEER FOR CLIENT TAX REPORTING PROJECT, BANKING (CONTRACT, ZURICH)
In your role as Business Analyst/Requirement Engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of all necessary business requirement documents for the solution architect for detailed analysis, as well as specified product requirements. Furthermore you will have the following tasks:
- Responsible for the data mapping from different downstream applications (eg Depotbuchhaltung, GM, XBS) to TaxRep/EasyTax from a business perspective
- In partnership with the vendor and the business (eg Tax-Operations), the Requirement Engineer is responsible for verification and customizing the data mapping solutions
- Further responsibility includes appropriate business support to produce high quality client tax reports with TaxRep/EasyTax
- Requirement Engineer serves as internal subject matter experts, consultants and troubleshooters, with responsibility for ensuring stake-holder satisfaction with business representatives.
In order to be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
- At least five years' experience as a business analyst in the financial services sector
- Deep knowledge and understanding of bank end to end processes of Securities incl. Corporate Actions, Money Market, Single Accounts and FX-Deals
- Background in software development processes/life cycle
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English
