IT Business Analyst/PM (Basel Regulatory, Risk) - Switzerland

IT BUSINESS ANALYST/PM (BASEL REGULATORY, RISK) - SWITZERLAND

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst/PM with previous Basel regulatory and risk management background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting the business and IT stakeholders in the implementation of some recent regulatory requirements
- Conducting feasibility studies, data analysis
- Participating in the conceptual design and testing phases
- Helping with some project management responsibilities: conducting workshops, tracking project progress, and trainings, review of documentation, ensuring proper testing preparation
- Close collaboration with various stakeholders (IT, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Several years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects the banking sector
- Previous project management experience would be a plus
- Previous experience in regulatory-driven projects
- Previous BCBS 239 experience would be a strong advantage
- Data analysis and reporting knowledge
- Good knowledge of different functions across the bank - eg Risk, Finance, etc.
- Strong communication and team-player skills
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
