IT Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical - Switzerland
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate (IT Business Analyst) to work in a large portfolio within the IT sector of a Global Pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland.
The key skills and responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst are as follows:
You will gather information on the existing IT processes, activities and tasks
You will execute interviews with IT technicians in order to gather requirements of current way of work, based on a template in MS Excel 2010
Documentation of work-processes (eg Flowcharts) using MS Visio 2010 & MS PowerPoint 2010
Gap-analysis and reporting
A proficient user of MS Excel 2010 and able to use v-look ups and pivot tables confidently and configuration of reports
Prepare and present reports to the project manager and project team by using MS PowerPoint 2010
Produce and maintain project plans using MS Project 2010
You must have good knowledge of document control and a good user of SharePoint 2010
Provide Weekly Status Report to project team using MS PowerPoint 2010
Experience in writing and distributing minutes using MS Word 2010
Ad hoc requests from Senior Management
