IT Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical

SKILLS: BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PHARMACEUTICAL DOMAIN, CLINICAL DATA, VALIDATION

ROLE: IT BUSINESS ANALYST - PHARMACEUTICAL
LOCATION AMSTERDAM
DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS+

KEY SKILLS:

- On the technical side, experience with clinical data management, any clinical IT system would likely suffice, or at the very least, exposure to validated systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very sound understanding of the domain they are being positioned for (from the above)
- Prior experience of working as a IT Business Analyst in the specific domain contributing into a project
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Be able to identify improvement opportunities, identify and resolve issues, understand

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze business needs of end users (for the project they are assigned)
- Elicit, understand, capture and validate the user requirements AND translate into a IT usable User requirement document and Functional specification
- Understand processes and data flow
- Consult with the IT team (or team lead) during the specification preparation for feasibility checks
- Provide guidance to the IT team during design and development phase
- Perform system testing to validate the requirements
