IT BUSINESS ANALYST (PAYMENTS), CONTRACT, SWITZERLAND
For one of our clients in the Banking sector we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in Payments area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Eliciting, gathering and analysing business requirements
- Providing business analyst expertise for writing functional and non-functional specifications
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Content design and work on business processes in payments
- Providing technical development support
- Using different clearing systems for payment processes
- Supporting test cases and user acceptance testing in payments area
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Higher education in business administration/computer science or business organization
- 7+ years of relevant working experience
- Experience in documentation of As Is and To Be processes
- Strong experience in banking payment area
- Experience in technical requirements specification development
- Coaching and leading experience will be considered as a plus
- Conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to work independently, quick learner
- Fluency in English and German
