IT BUSINESS ANALYST (PART TIME)/BEERSE, BELGIUM/6 MONTHS CONTRACT/41 TO 53 EUR (PER HOUR)
IT BUSINESS ANALYST Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Administrates local setup (configuration of system, entry of local business parameters, preparation of load files, validation of support tickets).
Validates solutions by performing tests (check solutions are delivered with quality, on-time, and in accordance with business requirements)
Troubleshoots and facilitates the resolution of issues with existing platforms and takes pro-active actions to avoid issues to occur.
Analyzes business processes and helps define and document business requirements
Builds productive relationships and networks with business stakeholders by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively to questions and problems.
IT BUSINESS ANALYST NON-TECHNICAL PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical, process-focused and problem-solving skills
Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Experience in the pharma sector is an asset
Based in Belgium or Netherlands, but availability in both countries is required
METHODOLOGY/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Master and/or Bachelor Degree or equivalent through experience.
SFDC/Veeva certification is a plus
Language proficiencies
Dutch & English spoken and written
French knowledge is a plus
