IT BUSINESS ANALYST (INFRASTRUCTURE, ITIL, FINANCIAL SECTOR) - SWITZERLAND - CONTRACT
For one of our clients in the financial sector in Zurich, we are searching for a seasoned IT Business Analyst with solid experience in IT projects, ideally in Infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements in the Infrastructure area
- Steering workshops and conducting interviews
- Communicating strongly with the IT teams (architects, developers, engineers, IT PMs, etc.)
- Participating in the UAT testing
IDEAL PROFILE:
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
- Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering
- Strong IT background is a must
- Experience in IT projects in the financial sector
- Experience with IT Infrastructure projects would be a strong advantage
- ITIL certification would be a plus
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good modelling skills (UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in an international environment
- Fluent German and English
