A leading Telecom company in Brussels are searching for an IT business analyst/Functional Analyst to Assists in defining the IT strategy ensuring alignment with the business strategy and divisional objectives and assists to the definition of the roadmaps to achieve the strategy.
The IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst will gather user requirements to obtain alignment across the suite of IT systems and translate these requirements towards system needs. We are searching for an experience business analyst to work within the voice domain (trading, routing, pricing billing models, reporting) so any familiarity with voice products ie voice interworking, roaming, VoLTE, WebRTC, RCS
Essential skills:
- 5 Years experience working as an IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst
- Ability to plan, arrange and control meeting/workshops
- Experience gathering and translating Business/user requirements
- Good analysis and modelling skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with voice products (voice interworking, roaming, VoLTE, WebRTC, RCS)
- (International) Wholesale Telecom Business
