For a longer term project at our banking client based in Zurich we look for an experienced
IT BUSINESS ANALYST FOR REGULATORY INITIATIVES - TRADING/PRIIPS (3359)
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out business analysis in a complex environment with a large number of stakeholders and IT applications for building regulatory solutions like PRIIPs. FRONT OFFICE TRADING EXPERIENCE, UNDERSTANDING OF COMPLETE TRADING LIFE CYCLE AND GOOD KNOW-HOW IN DERIVATIVES IS CRITICAL FOR THIS ROLE.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8 years of business analysis and requirements engineering experience in large and complex financial services industry environment.
- Knowledge of investment products, structured products, derivatives, trading and order management systems.
- Analytical ability and experience to analyze and document complex business requirements and illustrate concepts using simple diagrams.
- Expertise in building developer ready specifications and test cases. Experience of database specifications development.
- Expertise in using tools like JIRA, enterprise architect, HP QC and PowerPoint.
- Exposure and understanding of multiple technology stacks.
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is nice to have
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- produce business requirement documents, detailed requirement specifications and obtain signoff from the stakeholders.
- document and track features and change requests using systems like JIRA and enterprise architect.
- develop the test concept, high level test cases and maintain a traceability Matrix. During the implementation phase of the project the analyst will also lead the integrated functional testing of the solution.
- work closely with architects, lead developers and test engineers to ensure a seamless knowledge transfer and a high quality delivery.
