IT BUSINESS ANALYST (FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING/PROCESS MODELLING)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST WITH FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND PROCESS MODELLING EXPERIENCE. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. ROLE
- Process documentation
- Business requirements documentation
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
- Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts
- Test the software and ensure software quality.
- Provide post-implementation and production/business support
Required Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in business analysis
- Profound banking knowhow and/or financial and management accounting know-how
- Over 5 years of experience in process modelling and Datamodelling
- Distinct experience to analyse complex systems; strong analytical and conceptual skills, quality awareness
- Understanding of business architecture
- Excellent database (SQL, Oracle)
- ETL and data warehousing knowledge
