IT Business Analyst/E-payments

We are looking for an excellent IT Business Analyst for a Multi-National Company in the Financial Industry. You will work on initiatives that include, the launch of new payment products, core platform enhancements, changes to the way customers interact with the company, and improvements to the infrastructure.

As Business Analyst IT, you represent the IT organization. You are responsible for translating the business requirements, provided by the product part of the organization, into functional and non-functional requirements as well as documenting the end-to-end processes and outlining the solution. In addition, you are also responsible for owning the functional processes of our payment products across different systems and platforms.

As a Business Analyst IT you are expected to:

*Develop expertise on how our payment products are implemented in our IT landscape.
*Work closely with the Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts Product, Product Managers, business- and technology stakeholders.

Deliver the following business analysis documents:

oIT Impact Assessment.
oFunctional Requirements document.
oBusiness cases (for internal IT projects).
oBusiness Requirements document (for internal IT projects).

*Create and maintain functional processes (in BPMN2).

Critical Competencies:

*Experience in the Payments Services Industry or Financial Services industry.
*Payments experience in retail, travel, or gaming will be an added advantage.
*Analytical with good inter-personal skills.

*Decisive and pragmatic problem solver.
*Assertive. Well-developed communication skills. Able to engage with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels in the organization, to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing environments.
