IT BUSINESS ANALYST, DIGITAL BANKING, CONTRACT, SWITZERLAND
For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in Client Management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering and documenting requirements from IT and Business teams
- Translating requirements into clear functional and non functional specifications
- Organizing and leading workshops with business stakeholders
- Participating in testing phases for different banking applications
- Improving the process of gaining new clients
- Liaising with onshore and offshore teams
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Degree in Banking, Economics or IT field
- 3 + years of experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in banking/financial sector
- Experience in managing client data, providing advisory services to clients, managing banking products
- Experience in Agile environment will be considered as a plus
- Strong modelling skills
- Strong communication, presentation, planning and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
