IT BUSINESS ANALYST/REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER (DIGITAL BANKING)

On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST/REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER FOR A DIGITAL CLIENT DISCOVERY PROJECT. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Description:

- Responsible for managing the end to end requirements from an IT perspective
- Conduct business workshops to elicit requirements followed by in-depth analysis and translation to system level artifacts in agile setup
- Perform functional testing of built application and help ensuring quality of the deliverables

Skills:

- Over 5 years of experience as business analyst or similar role with experience in:
- Client identification and screening
- End to end client onboarding/maintenance processes
- Client data management
- Client advisory process
- Private Banking and Retail sale and provisioning
- University degree in business, economics, banking, mathematics, IT or similar
- Excellent planning, analytical and conceptual thinking combined with good communication skills
- Ability to influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders
- Financial industry experience
- Experience in one or more of the leading BPM products like Appway, Pega, Oracle BPM or others
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- UML and/or Visio is a plus
- Fluent in English, German is considered a strong plus
