IT BUSINESS ANALYST, DATA WAREHOUSING, CONTRACT, SWITZERLAND

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in Data Warehousing

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Eliciting, gathering and analysing business requirements
- Creating explicit functional and non-functional specifications and transmitting them in a clear way to IT teams
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders from Business and IT side
- Participating in project application management processes
- Providing support to testing and developing teams in solving appearing issues during the ongoing process and to offshore teams

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Relevant higher education in IT field
- 10 + years as an IT Business Analyst in banking/financial industry
- Strong experience in Data Warehousing
- Experience in financial application projects
- Previous experience in Credit Risk area will be considered as a plus
- Working experience with SQL, JIRA, Power designer, Subversion, etc.
- Very good modelling skills, use of Use Cases, UML, flow charts and diagrams
- Pro-active attitude, Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, German will be a plus
