IT BUSINESS ANALYST, DATA WAREHOUSE PROJECT, CREDIT RISK AREA, BANKING SECTOR

We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in Data Warehouse for an exciting project for one of our clients in the banking sector in Zürich on a contract basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering business requirements and transform them into requirements documentationAnalyzing and evaluating products, processes and services from external and internal data
- Communicating with Stakeholders with Business Background, Test teams, Business Analysts, IT teams, Risk Department
- Producing and managing Data Catalogues
- Providing data to specific applications for calculation of Credit Loss components
- Importing calculation results from applications into data catalogues
- Supporting project management activities
- Exploring business problems and developing solution proposals and implementation plans
- Participating in testing phases
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analysis within Banking/Financial sector
- Experience in banks and/or financial and management accounting
- Knowledge of requirements engineering, Datamodelling and process modelling (UML), preferable in the financial industry
- Previous experience with rating model formulas and risk calculations will be considered as a plusExperienced in Data Warehouse projects, strong SQL skills
- Being initiative with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German will be an asset
