IT Business Analyst - Cyber Security

IT Business Analyst - Cyber Security with profound analytical and IT security monitoring skills wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Expertise in developing robust solutions and the software development cycle with the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Technically savvy with a strong background in Cyber Security with IT security monitoring capability is a must
- Expertise in Security monitoring and log data/log sources
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years work experience applying IT business analysis techniques
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Conducting requirements-gathering activities, such as evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Working closely with the SOC hunter team to determine required IT security monitoring solutions and assist in implementing them
- Effectively sifting through masses of data to identify anomalies in the security events
- Assisting in quality control, project management and supporting the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
