IT Business Analyst Credit Risk

For our banking client based in Ticino we are looking for a IT Business Analyst Credit Risk
Location: Ticino
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Languages: English (Italian might be helpful)
Gap analysis of data feeds from different PB locations to identify gaps in the quality and quantity of the data feeds.
Elicits, analyzes, models and validates business requirements, conditions and priorities within application development projects in the Credit Risk Domain. The applications involved in these projects are used to calculate the loan-to-value for pledged instruments, concentration risks for pledged portfolios, transaction risks for loans and stress testing scenarios across the whole credit book of work.
Ensures that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional and non-function requirements specifications
Supports developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation and testing phase
Provides subject matter expertise to support the development and validation of quality assurance, application architecture, testing and other project deliverables
Duties
Production and sign-off of standard requirements engineering deliverables (Use Case Model, Use Cases, Domain Object Model, Business Rule Specifications, Screen Specifications, Non Functional Requirements Specifications, Project Requirements List) on time and with high quality
Effort estimations and task planning for Requirements Engineering related project tasks
Develops functional area expertise with business engineering process standards, tools (Subversion, JIRA, Enterprise Architect, HP Quality Center, SQL, etc.) and techniques
Must skills:
3 or more years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
fluent written and spoken English
strong analytical problem solving skills
advanced knowledge of use case modelling
soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
strong ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team
experience in banking or finance industry
credit risk domain know-how would be highly appreciated
understanding of architecture diagrams (mostly UML component diagrams)
Advantageous skills:
experience in international projects
experience in Market Data (mostly financial instruments)
business engineering education and/or certificate
German and/or Italian language knowledge
