IT Business Analyst - Claims Management - Brussels (Contract)

A leading Insurance company seeks an IT BUSINESS ANALYST to work on a GREENFIELD PROGRAM which will focus on replacing its core systems for CLAIMS MANAGEMENT within the HEALTH CARE DEPARTMENT of their company.

Therefore it is essential that all applicants have INSURANCE CLAIMS MANAGEMENT processes and technical experience including SQL AND EXCEL. Where you will be based in Brussels you must also be fluent (spoken and written) in DUTCH OR FRENCH.

As this is an IT BUSINESS ANALYST POSITION you will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis -

- Write specifications
- Conduct gap analysis - Requirements gathering

You will also be liaising with a number of key stakeholders and separate business functions within the organisation, this is where your CLAIMS MANAGEMENT knowledge will be utilised.

ESSENTIAL

- IT BUSINESS ANALYSIS experience - Good understanding of CLAIMS MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
- FLUENT (written and spoken) in EITHER FRENCH OR DUTCH
- IT knowledge - including SQL, EXCEL etc - BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS experience

DESIRABLE

- HEALTH CARE INSURANCE experience
