On behalf of our client, one of the largest financial institutions, we are looking for a IT BUSINESS ANALYST (CAPITAL MARKET). For this 12 MONTH CONTRACT with renewal position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who is AVAILABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
BUSINESS AREA:
You will be working in the Client Orders/Market Connectivity team. The team is responsible for operating, maintaining and evolving the market connectivity gateways and related components for the client order space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Assist in quality control and project management
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
- Over 5 years of experience as a IT Business Analyst in financial services industry
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and document specifications
- Solid experience and excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in the area of Capital Market is a must
- Knowledge of different asset classes is a plus
- Knowledge of FIX and SWIFT is a strong plus
- A flair for IT; ability to investigate and perform SQL queries
- Fluent in English
