For a long-term project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

IT BUSINESS ANALYST - BSBC IN RISK STRATEGIC CHANGE (3524)

The candidate and the team will support the business division Chief Risk Officers and the firmwide Risk functions to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects. Furthermore, you will be an essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions at various levels of seniority. The team ensures maximum added value by closely working with their business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs and to stringently prioritize their resources. It partners with the IT service providers to ensure that optimal solutions are specified, designed, tested and implemented.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Several years' experience as a business analysis, preferably in process management and design
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements and work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
