IT BUSINESS ANALYST - BANKING - RISK MANAGEMENT
This Risk Management Business Analyst position is working for one of our large banking clients here in Zurich.
The Risk Management team is responsible for the successful implementation of strategic IT projects within Market and Credit Risk, to ensure compliance with Regulatory commitments by the bank.
As an IT Business Analyst your responsibility will include:
- Liaising with Risk Business SMEs to gather requirements and write up functional and/or technical documentation
- Improvement of processes to ensure efficiency within the IT systems as well as improving business processes
- Develop automatic solutions to reduce manual processes, and work with IT teams to implement these
- Work effectively with senior stakeholders within the project
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Relevant business knowledge of Risk Management processes within banking
4+ years experience as a Business Analyst implementing business and IT solutions
Experience of working in IT and understanding of software eg SQL, JAVA, VBA, ECXEL etc.
Excellent communication skills
Relevant qualifications are desirable eg Bachelor/Master in Finance, Computer Science
