IT Business Analyst - Banking, Digitalization - Bern, Switzerland

On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, we are searching for a Business Analyst with around 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial sector to join their digitalization program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gathering and analysing business requirements from the main stakeholders for different projects related to the bank's digitalization initiatives
- Translating requirements into IT specifications
- Collaborating with a variety of business and IT stakeholders (PMs, system engineers, testers, etc.)
- Challenging business requirements, integrating new solutions to the current platform
- Supporting project management and testing activities

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst function in the financial sector
- University Degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study
- Strong ability to communicate with senior level business and IT stakeholders
- Possessing IT affinity and having a general understanding of how the IT systems work
- Basic Windows Server, Linux, Perl and/or Shell Scripting knowledge would be a plus
- Proactive attitude and strong analytical skills
- Fluent English, German would be an advantage
