For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
IT BUSINESS ANALYST - BA BASEL III/DERIVATIVES (4732)
The position is located in the Basel regulatory reporting area on the PB side. Therefore very good knowledge on Basel regulations (Basel II, III and IV) is required. The candidate also needs to be familiar with topics like risk weighted assets calculation and general financial accounting rules.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4+ YEARS OF REGULATORY REPORTING AND CAPITAL CALCULATIONS EXPERIENCE AS AN IT BUSINESS ANALYST IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCED ON THE TOPIC DERIVATIVES
- IT BACKGROUND PREFERABLY IN DATAWAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT WITH SQL KNOWLEDGE
- Strong analytical skills to translate Business Requirements into Technical Terms
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN/SPOKEN)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Group Finance IT Team, business and technical architects to gather and specify requirements on the project IMM (internal model method)
- Collaborate in and/or independently conduct detailed specifications of customer requirements
- Be a subject matter expert for IMM and valid business counterpart
- Assist in technical analysis, design, architecture, planning, development and support of applications and business requirements to adhere established standards and process and to ensure a smooth interoperability
- Develop technical concepts, responsibility for implementing the required and specified requirements to the project according to the standard solution delivery processes within the bank
- Collaborate in testing process and run acceptance tests in cooperation with Business
