For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are currently looking for a

IT Business Analyst - Artworks Management Process

Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT) makes medicines at several sites around the world. "Product and Supply Chain Management (PTS)" serves as the "glue" between manufacturing and commercial distribution. The Artworks Management Process is one of the business processes where PTS is playing a key role to maintain and improve the process and it's supporting system (referenced as "ALPIN" Systems) as well as executing and managing the operational Artworks Changes. After 2,5 years of project work a new version of the ALPIN system (ALPIN 2.0) is planned to be released to users by June 2018.

The role (also called Artworks System Community Lead - SCL) reports into the Supply Chain Capabilities team. The SCL is responsible for being the utmost ALPIN system expert within the business to ensure the system meets the business requirements. As potential solutions are designed with the ALPIN system community (Business process managers, Super Users, etc) and approved by the Business Process Owner, the ALPIN SCL partners with Informatics to manage delivery of the solutions to the business. After solutions are delivered, the SCL works closely with Super Users to ensure they are both trained and proficient at making best use of the ALPIN process. By ensuring a healthy user community and system, the ALPIN SCL plays a key role in the attainment of PT goals of no stock-outs or recalls due to incompliant finished product artworks.

TASKSreports status and plans to the SCL (System Community Lead)
Deliver system trainings to Regional Super Users to maintain expertise at a level sufficient to support their respective user areas.

MUST HAVES:
5 - 7 years' experience as Business Analyst in ERP
B.S. degree in business, engineering, or technology is required
Has at least one year experience in the Artworks Management Process and the related systems (eg SAP BPM) or other work-flow systems
Capable of drawing insight from analyses, developing recommendations and strategies, pursue implementation of the same, balancing contradictory stakeholder requirements, communicating in a clear, concise and well-organized manner.
Motivated self-starter able to work with ambiguity and uncertainty, effective with minimal instruction/supervision
Able to foster cross-functional partnership and influence agreement without authority. Able to organize and handle multiple projects, strong consulting and customer service skills. Track record of timely high-quality achievement of deliverables, experience working with teams of business and technical resources
Flexible to work with users in global time zones; willingness to travel (up to 10%)
Fluent in English
