IT Business Analyst (6-12 Months Contract) Leading Multinational Pharm

IT BUSINESS ANALYST (PHARMACEUTICAL)
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Work location: Kaiseraugst
Remote: Possible 1 day per week.
Travel: Very limited. Only for a workshop in Germany/Mannheim.
Work location: Kaiseraugst or Rotkreuz or remote from Germany (up to the candidate)
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with business, IT and Governance stakeholders to analyze and understand training/learning management processes as well as CRM processes
Solicits, gathers and defines business (functional) and non-functional requirements and translates them into learning management system and system integration requirements as well as defines user acceptance criteria
Collaborates closely with key business and IT stakeholders and project core team members driving common understandings, consensus and decisions
Coordinates solution definition and design phase to ensure mutual understanding of what is required versus what can be implemented.

Develops, evaluates and communicates solution alternatives (process and system) with regards to end user satisfaction, security, functionality, quality and economic efficiency as the basis for decision-making.
Partners with other IT resources, other stakeholders, user communities and vendors to determine viable cost effective solutions.
Proactively support the definition of process chains and business process re-engineering, and point out their implementation possibilities.
Ensure the integrity of the global learning business process and systems above and beyond system boundaries and ensure that changes and localisations are aligned globally and not in conflict with the global template.
Create and deliver project and system documentation (eg Requirements Specification, Functional Specification, etc.)
Essential Requirements:
5+ Years of experience in IT Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering (Certificate is a plus: CCBA-CBAP, IREB CPRE Advanced/Expert Level, Agile Analysis)
Good understanding of Business processes, preferably in the Learning/Training process domain
Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and create user stories and/or use cases on time at high quality
Quick understanding of any kind of Applications (Cornerstone LMS desired) and Application Integration
Good understanding of Middleware technologies (especially TIBCO)
Good knowledge on API/Web services (SOAP, REST)
Good Documentation and Specification Skills (ex. functional Specifications..)
Capability to define acceptance test criteria and design the test plan, test scripts
Good Analytical and Communications skills
Fluent English
Nice to Have:
German speaking
Pharma experience
GxP/CSV experience
Availability Requirements
Work location is Zurich Area (Switzerland), so must be able to work in Switzerland.
