IT Business Analyst (480 hrs, part time)

POSITION TITLE: IT BUSINESS ANALYST

LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA 94203

WORK TYPE: W-2, CORP TO CORP, 1099

CONTRACT DURATION: 6MONTHS + (STRONG POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least five (5) years of business analysis experience working on data processing or business-related projects; at least three (3) years of experience must have been in a Lead capacity with a high level of responsibility for a project. Some of the projects need to be in the field of Business Intelligence and/or Data Analytics.

- At least five (5) years' experience in the facilitation, development, and use of capturing requirements and development of traceability matrices in support of project success.
- At least five (5) years performing research, analysis and documentation for new software acquisitions
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms, including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and other analytical and technical documents.
- Proven strong understanding of information technology fundamentals, project management fundamentals, and systems development life cycle.
- At least five (5) years' experience in some or all areas of Pension, Health Insurance, Customer Service, Finance or Risk
