IT Business Analyst

A large respected organisation is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for an initial 7 month + contract located in Sydney's CBD.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Business Analyst with 5-10 years experience & must be an Australian Citizen.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to facilitate and conduct requirements review sessions and walkthroughs with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to elicit requirements.
- Excellent skills associated with requirements specification and documentation using a variety of industry specific techniques including UML, Process Modelling (BPMN), Information and Datamodelling and relevant application package specific techniques (eg Siebel etc.).
- Proven experience in utilising User Centred Design (UCD) practices and principles.
- Understanding of business concepts that include value for money, benefits realisation, return on investment.
- Government experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
