IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Tasks:

- Acts as IT Business Analyst in the Job Description Creation Process: Analyses the current Job Factory
- Consults the stakeholders/process practitioners of JDCP, Technical Managers
- Identifies and suggests improvement opportunities of the JDCP process
- Creates training materials of the processes in scope under supervision of the Process Manager
- Creates, Structures and Maintains the SharePoint
- Service Inventory process - receives reviews  controls the approval thread and executes changes to inventory (as indicated in the process)
- Acts as a stand-in of the Process Manager during holidays

Technical knowledge and experience:

- 4+ years of experience in IT Service Management area
- Good knowledge of Visio (flowcharts)
- Ability to manage and execute operational tasks related to process management
- Knowledge of ITIL is must, certification is advantage
- Fluency (oral and written) in English is must

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Duration: 12 months + extension
