IT Business Analyst
Our client a leading Telecoms Carrier based in Brussels searching for a IT Business Analyst to work on a specific mission related to the voice business domain (Trading (buying, selling), routing, reporting on various Voice products). We are searching for an IT Business Analyst who can assist in defining the IT strategy ensuring alignment with the business strategy and divisional objectives and assists to the definition of the roadmaps to achieve the strategy. The IT Business Analyst will discuss user requirements to obtain alignment across different stakeholders of a suite of IT systems.
As the IT Business Analyst you will support the different phases and intervening parties of a project (development, scope & change management, ITT/UAT test phases, ) in order to assist to/ensure the optimal construction of IT projects. Assists the process managers in defining the business processes around the solution to implement.
Skills:
- 5 years previous experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience of Voice business domain.
- Experience working with IT systems.
- Good analysis and modelling skills.
- Previous Wholesale Telecom Business experience would be desirable.
