IT/Billing Transformation Consultant

We are urgently seeking a Senior Transformation Process Consultant to provide support & supervision for the project stream leadership in charge of assisting a leading telecommunications company in Iran to drive the transformation plan. You will coordinate and report to the Program Director, on achievements and risks regarding the creation of a new B2B department. You will help them on all aspects of this green-field project: from formalizing the strategy and organization of the department to creating the first mobile offers for the Iranian B2B customers, organizing the sales and customer services, and optimizing the IT/billing/CRM system to address this new segment

Main tasks:
Define the specific requirements in order to upgrade the customers existing IT environment for B2B mobile service launch: Billing, Sales Force Automation, Customer Support, service delivery chain
Define IT support model: dedicated teams, specific developed for key corporate accounts
Evaluate IT maturity for complex service offering management and ensuring the SLA
Propose ramp-up plan for the IT team and systems

You will have:
Over 15 years of experience in telco, comprehensive IT background.
Proven track-record in leading large IT/billing projects for operators.
In-depth expertise of IT/Billing Systems Implementation and Migration, CRM integration, System Integration, Operation management.
Ability to work from strategy to implementation with a hands-on approach
Experience working in international environments.
