IT Audit Contractor

We have been engaged by a national professional services firm to source an experienced IT Auditor to commence work on a project at the beginning of October.  The contract will run for a minimum of 3 months with the opportunity for further contract extension. 

The successful candidate will have:
&bull Significant experience of performing IT audits and internal controls assessments.
&bull Responsibility for performing walkthroughs and testing of key IT controls, documentation of results and reporting of these to management in accordance with firm guidelines and instructions.
&bull Prior experience of working with a consultancy or other large organisation
&bull Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required
&bull Excellent communication skills including report writing and presentations skills are essential
&bull Banking & Finance sector experience an advantage but not essential - Retail, Professional Services, Technology, ICT & Telecoms experience also considered
&bull Ideally you will possess a relevant professional qualification (CISSP, CISA etc.)
