IT Asset Manager (Web & Mobile) - Brussels - 480 Euros per day

My Client an Investment Bank based in BRUSSELS, requires an IT ASSET MANAGER (WEB & MOBILE), with fluent English and either fluent French or Dutch.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate, follow up and report on Maintenance activities for one or several Web/Mobile IT assets.

These activities include :

o Asset Management (Budget follow up, reporting,.. )

o Change requests (demand, estimates, follow up)

o Incident Management

o User support, on demand work, recurrent work

- Being the point of contact within IT for these assets
- Organize monthly Asset Management Steering
- Drive the changes in asset management to allow the organization to reach/maintain

CMMI-2 level

- Interactions with all involved teams within company (Business, IT, Infrastructure, ) as well as external suppliers.

EDUCATION & SOFT SKILLS:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Assertive.

Result-oriented.

Pragmatic.

Structured.

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment

Writing ability

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in IT Assets Maintenance (Reporting, Coordination, Incident Management, etc.)

Experience/Background of Web and Mobile environments

Preferably, experience/knowledge of Banking sector

MANDATORY:

Experience in IT Assets Maintenance (Reporting, Coordination, Incident Management, )

Background and experience in Web & Mobile IT environments.

Used to interact with both application (development) and infrastructure teams.

PREFERABLE:

Knowledge of my clients Web & Mobile

Environments

Knowledge of my clients organisation or governance process.

Experience/knowledge of Banking sector
