Je functie: Context
As IT Asset Manager CC/PB, you are in charge of the management of the assets: Phone-Banking, CC, ACD for HD and IVR for HD, and Business Telephony (Alcatel)
Function Description
You will be in charge of the follow-up and reporting of:
° The asset budget
° The enhancements
° The activities related to the asset (incidents, on demand work, recurrent work, user support, version)
° Have / Build content knowledge of the asset, while relying on the knowledge of the Functional Analyst and the Subject Matter Experts that are part of the team (can be internal and external via sourcing).
° Prepare and participate to the monthly Asset Management Steering
° Are in charge of keeping the asset Harmony/CMMi 2 compliant
° Work in close collaboration with different internal teams (of Engineering, ADM and I&O) as well as with external suppliers
As Contact person supplier:
° You are in charge of the management of the relationship with the different suppliers that are responsible for the application design/development/I you validate their reporting, check SLA and Invoices, etc….

Knowledge of Prince II or CMMI or Harmony methodology
