DEINE HARD- UND SOFTWARE

- IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)
- Management experience and IT asset management and service tree modelling knowledge
- Experience with IT operations, ServiceNow modelling and reporting know-how
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Appian implementation is a must, knowing all aspects of Appian product and implementation methodology
- ServiceNow and Basic SNOW knowledge
- Result orientation and willingness to perform
- Communication and team skills
- Very good English skills, German is a plus

DEINE TASKS

- You will define ServiceNow Service tree modelling approach and methodology for IT Asset Management
- Implement and optimize service trees
- Setup plan to implement and rollout the service trees
- Manage and conduct full rollout of service tree integration
