IT Asset Management Consultant

Type of Assignment: Contract
Length of Assignment: 6 months
Job Description:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system (Etelesolv)
- Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans aligned with the IT strategy
- Prepare a monthly reconciliation with supporting schedules of the asset registers to the relevant accounting records, and resolve uncleared items
- Prepare a business plan for the life cycle of assets, including; an analysis of pricing options utilizing life cycle cost, and recommendations on the most appropriate asset solution
- Manage both hardware and software assets
- Coordinate between various team and stakeholders
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience with HP Asset manager.
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
