IT Asset Management Analyst - SCCM

A 3 month contract has come available for an IT ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST to assist with an enterprise-wide ITAM Audit.

Based in Sydney's CBD the successful candidate will need to have advanced knowledge and experience with ITAM tools, especially in the IT software asset management domain.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analysis of the various systems and data sources required to conduct the audit and design a singular workflow to assess licensing compliance
- Reconciling all the data from multiple internal systems and analysing trends in the data to track billing across the enterprise
- Documenting workflows and analysis findings in technical reports
- Flexibility and responsiveness towards changing business needs and/or adapting processes to align to changing organisational communication/change management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Advanced knowledge and experience with ITAM tools, especially in the IT software asset management domain
- Strong experience with Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM); preferred version R2007SP2
- Experience with data analysis across multiple platforms/sources
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SQL 2008, PL/SQL
- Experience with technical and/or business report authoring
- Additional useful skills - PERL, C
