IT Architect (FR + EN), Brussels

An exciting opportunity is currently available in Brussels for a FRENCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKING IT ARCHITECT. This position is located in the public sector through an IT services provider.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The services required relate to the analysis of business processes, the analysis of organisational structures, IS costs/benefits analysis, development and enhancement of architecture, assistance with the implementation of the architecture, data flow analysis.
More specifically, the consultant will work on the infringements management family of processes in view of their streamlining and harmonisation across the client's offices.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge/experience with

- Oracle BPA/Aris Designer
- UML
- RUP/Scrum
- PL/SQL
- Web tools & products: Eclipse, JDeveloper, ANT, XMLSpy, SQL Developer etc.
- Business process analysis/modelling/optimisation
- Business Process Analysis/Improvement methodology (eg Lean, Six Sigma)

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

- Very good English (oral/written)
- Very good French (oral/written)

This position is offered as a long-term freelance contract.
