IT Architect and Consultant for Edrms - Records Mgmt./Archiving

On behalf of a Pharma client, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for an IT Architect and Consultant for eDRMS - Archiving and Pharma Records Management for a challenging role in Basel (Switzerland).

Project focus

Planning and designing an eDRMS architecture (for electronic Document and Records Management, and Archiving) taking into account its feasibility, quality and economic efficiency. The aim is to implement a Global Enterprise Electronic Document and Records Management System to be used by all affiliates to manage the official records that require long retention according to the defined company's eRM standards.

For this purpose, we are looking for a high qualified Solution Architect with expertise on implementing Records Management and Archiving Systems in regulated environments, to lead the technical stream that implements the technical solution and support the Project Lead in the preparation on project plan, resources and cost estimations.

Main Tasks:

- Lead the technical stream to deliver a technical solution that fulfil the requirements specified by the business in a cost-efficient way and aligned with the internal roadmaps
- Review and understand the requirements provided by the business to implement a eDRM - Records Management and Archiving system
- Deliver the required technical documentation according the client's internal standards.

Requirements and Background:

- Experience as Technical Lead for eDRMS systems design
- Technologies: Records Management Solutions in regulatory environments, eDRMS systems, SharePoint, Documentum, Livelink, etc. archiving solutions
- Fluent English - written and spoken, any other language is a plus.

Project details:

- Start: ASAP
- Duration: upon agreement, several months with extension option
- no remote option, working time will be 40 hours per week and work place will be in Basel
- Language: fluent English, other languages are a plus.
