Projektbeschreibung
The successful candidate will need to provide expert technical advice on the selection, design, implementation and operation of information security controls and management strategies to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and relevant compliance of ICT infrastructure and systems.
To provide ICT Technical support services across the business, this includes the co-ordination of appropriate and timely technical solutions and responses, including channelling requests for third party support to external contractors for resolution, monitoring progress and keeping customers appraised of progress. To create a continuous improvement ethos with existing systems and deliver successful change controlled projects as appropriate.
Essential Skills and Experience
At least one years' experience working in and supporting a complex ICT environment
Microsoft engineering accreditation
Project Management fundamentals aware
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000-series which provides best practice recommendations on information security management, risks and controls within the context of an overall information security management system
Knowledge of methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk
Significant experience in supporting and implementing ICT Solutions and has demonstrated an aptitude for IT work.
Proficient in ICT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, storage, networks etc.) used within an organisation.
Experience of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and above
Experience of Server Virtualisation, VMware, CITRIX, SAN.
Experience of Contact Centre Telephony and call recording
Networking including VPN/WAN/LAN/Wireless.
Experience of Server Imaging, Windows Group Policies, Active Directory, Exchange, Server Virtualisation, Server provisioning services, Microsoft Windows

ITIL V3 foundation or working towards certification
Customer Service Qualification or working towards "Maximising Customer Satisfaction in a Technical Environment"
There is potential for this position to be extended to a permanent role after the initial 12 months.
