IT TRAINER, MS DYNAMICS, NORTHGATE HOUSING (HIGHLY DESIRABLE) -London/South/South East

An exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer has arisen to join a Housing Organisation, within the Quality Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing classroom training for all applications supported by the ICT department, providing on-site support and training at all the clients offices as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Course creation and producing all associated training materials.
- Experience of creating eLearning and have extensive knowledge of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience of creating Webinar training sessions would also be an advantage.
- Experience of training Northgate Housing is highly desirable
- Contractor Management System and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Windows Operating Systems would be an advantage.

This position does require flexibility on start/finish times as this can sometimes be outside of normal office hours and the role requires travelling to other South Easter Group Offices on a regular basis. There may also be a requirement to stay away from home overnight during training roll-outs.
