IT APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER (FIBER APPLICATION) (FRENCH OR DUTCH SPEAKER)
One of our market leading global clients are urgently looking for an French OR Dutch Speaking IT APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH IT OPERATIONS EXPERTISE to work in a multinational team in a progressive environment using cutting-edge technologies for a 12 months' contract IN BRUSSELS.
THE IDEAL APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Handel IT Fiber application operational tickets.
- Contact Field users for resolutions of incidents via phone/Skype communication
- present monthly reports for the work performed
- co-ordinate with end to end application SPOC's to follow-up and get it resolve the IT support incidents.
