We are looking for the support resource, who can work on Telecom fiber network - OSS/BSS operations.
Handel IT Fiber application operational tickets .
Contact Field users for resolutions of incidents via phone/Skype communication
Present monthly reports for the work performed
Co-ordinate with end to end application SPOC's to follow-up and get it resolve the IT support incidents
