The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting desktop/intranet/web based applications in a corporate environment. You will have a sound working knowledge of the Oracle ADF 10g and 11g Architecture and be familiar with remote support tools.
A systematic approach and able to work on your own initiative to prioritise your workload without constant supervision will be important as will the ability to get on with people and work with other departments. In addition, you will be logical, able to solve problems, be able to prioritise as well as having a flexible approach.
