IT Analyst l

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Utilize Google Analytics to build out site performance reports.
- Provide analysis for corrective actions to implement and improve poor page or site performance areas.
- Provide project lead support for customer website and other regional sites.
- Develop Javascript and JQuery components that provide content to users and design the metrics triggers for those components to understand the effectiveness.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Knowledge of the latest technology in programming languages, computing hardware and software, and current development processes and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (1-2 YEARS):

- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Google Analytics code implementation, and metrics analysis to provide insight to behaviors and identify possible corrections.
- Experience with HTML, Javascript and JQuery and Dreamweaver.
- Excel and PowerPoint Advanced User experienced.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Google Analytics Certification.
- Experience with Web Content Management Systems like Adobe CQ (AEM).
- 2 years of project management experience.
- SAS experience.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Computer related or Engineering related four year College or University Degree (or equivalent).
- Two to four years progressively responsible IT job-related experiences.
